Hog Roast Drumbrae Makes Bank Holidays Memorable!

Hog Roast DrumbraeWho doesn’t love a bank holiday weekend? An extra day to snooze the alarm, binge that TV show you’ve been “meaning to watch,” or -best of all – spend quality time with your favourite people, just because you can!

Ross and Erin certainly weren’t going to let the early May bank holiday go to waste. With their garden newly transformed thanks to a DIY landscaping spree and shiny new furniture just begging to be shown off, the couple decided there was no better time to throw a good old-fashioned BBQ bash.

The only snag in their plan? They didn’t actually own a BBQ. But thankfully they discovered Hog Roast Drumbrae just in time, and we were happy to save the day!

We brought the grill, the good vibes, and all the gear. Ross and Erin didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our team handled everything from prepping the food and laying out cutlery to dressing the serving tables with crisp linen. With the stress of catering out of their hands, they could kick back, crack open a drink, and soak up the day.

When guests began to arrive – hungry and hyped – they were met with the mouth-watering smell of a sizzling feast. Hog Roast Drumbrae served up a spread that had everyone drooling: juicy handmade beef burgers, spicy Thai chicken kebabs, sticky spareribs, gourmet sausages, veggie burgers, and colourful grilled vegetable skewers. We didn’t stop there, either.

Hog Roast DrumbraeNo BBQ is complete without stellar sides, and we didn’t hold back. Guests piled their plates with vibrant Greek salad, colourful pasta salad loaded with roasted veg, and steaming new potatoes tossed in herby butter. Fresh, seasonal, and full of flavour – just how we like it.

As laughter filled the garden and the sun made a surprise appearance (cheers, British weather), Ross and Erin kicked back and enjoyed the perfect bank holiday gathering without a single ounce of stress.

So, if you’re in Edinburgh and planning your next garden party, birthday bash, or ‘just because’ get-together, let Hog Roast Drumbrae handle the food while you focus on the fun. Ross and Erin did – and they’re already planning the next one.
