Her chosen venue was the spectacular Kirknewton House Stables, just outside of Edinburgh City Centre, where she had invited 85 guests to join her and her now-husband in celebrating their nuptials. With rustic stables, an ancient country house and rolling views, it was the perfect spot for this couple tying the knot – but that was only the beginning.
Hog Roast Kirknewton lifted this celebration to new heights by serving an incredible hog roast feast, complete with crackling, sage and onion savoury stuffing and applesauce. Guests were able to pile this seriously delicious combo on rolls or wraps for the ultimate flavour experience or enjoy it plated up with sides of tomato and mozzarella salad, mixed salad, coleslaw and freshly made sweet potato and classic fries with salt, vinegar and a whole army of sauce options.
For those following vegetarian or vegan diets, we rustled up our bright and colourful grilled vegetable and optional halloumi kebabs with wraps, refreshing tzatziki dip and sweet chilli sauce for that extra kick of flavour.
