Planning a wedding sounds pretty magical in theory, doesn’t it? That is until you’re three tabs deep comparing chair covers, wondering why napkin colours feel like a life or death decision, and realising your “long engagement” suddenly doesn’t feel very long at all. Suffice to say, there’s a lot to juggle – even the most organised couples can start to feel the pressure creeping in.

Instead of endless emails and back-and-forth messages, you get to meet real people, ask real questions and actually picture how everything might come together on the day. Which brings us nicely to this weekend. Razzmatazz Occasions is hosting their first wedding exhibition of 2026 this Sunday, 1st February, and Spitting Pig Edinburgh is genuinely excited to be part of it. If you haven’t heard of them, Razzmatazz Occasions is a multi-award-winning wedding service based in Bathgate, and they’ve been running hugely popular wedding fayres since 2022. They really know how to put on an event.
The exhibition is being held at the beautiful 4-star Macdonald Inchyra Hotel & Spa in Falkirk, with doors opening at 11am sharp. As if the setting wasn’t tempting enough, guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of bubbly or coffee (depending on how your morning’s going), plus a generous goody bag for the ticket holder. There’ll be a fashion show, stunning floral arrangements, entertainers and more than 40 talented suppliers to chat with – including Spitting Pig Edinburgh.
We’ll be there on the day, ready to talk all things wedding catering. Our wonderful Sheena will be holding the fort, answering questions, talking menus and helping couples tick catering off their list with confidence.
