Set in a luxury hotel with a guest list of 300, this event is all about indulging in the best of the festive season. Our team has been tasked with delivering an unforgettable feast, and we’re pulling out all the stops. Guests will be treated to not one, but two showstopping meat options. First up, our famous hog roast, complete with crispy crackling and all the classic trimmings. Alongside it, we’re serving succulent turkey, perfectly complemented by tart cranberry sauce. And, for the vegetarian and vegan guests, our BBQ-pulled jackfruit rolls are sure to be a hit—they’re smoky, satisfying, and packed with flavour.
And that’s just the beginning. A feast isn’t complete without the sides, and we’re bringing the classics in full festive glory. Think homemade cauliflower cheese, golden roast potatoes crisped to perfection, and glazed seasonal vegetables. Pigs in blankets and rich, velvety gravy will tie everything together in a symphony of holiday flavours.
To top it all off, we’re finishing with the quintessential Christmas dessert: mince pies.
