Graeme booked us to cater a fabulous 50th birthday party for his wife which turned out to be an evening full of laughter, love, and unforgettable flavours! 🥳💖

Guests were treated to an incredible feast featuring tender, slow-cooked Texan 24-hour beef brisket that melted in the mouth, Cajun-spiced chicken bursting with smoky, spicy goodness, and fall-off-the-bone Louisiana sticky pork ribs that kept everyone coming back for more. 🌶️🍖

To balance out the hearty meats, we served up fresh Greek salad, homemade gourmet coleslaw, and perfectly roasted baby new potatoes — the perfect companions to this truly memorable meal. And of course, no celebration is complete without some classic butcher’s sausages, grilled to juicy perfection. 🌿🥗🍽️

We were honoured to cater the wedding of Danny & Charlotte last weekend at the beautiful Stranraer Millennium Centre — and what a day it was! 💐

With 80 guests gathered to celebrate their love, we served up a delicious wedding meal at 3:30pm, perfectly timed to keep everyone fueled for an afternoon of laughter, speeches, and celebration. 🥂🍽️

The atmosphere was full of joy, with friends and family coming together to share in a day that was clearly filled with love and thoughtfulness. From beautifully set tables to heartfelt toasts, every detail reflected the warmth of Danny & Charlotte’s relationship. ❤️
